This explains what Ezzy collects, why, and how you can see or remove it. If anything here is unclear, email arib@senylabs.io and ask.
What we collect
- Account info — your name and email, from signing in with Google or with an email and password.
- What you paste in — resumes, job descriptions, and your answers during practice sessions, mock interviews, and company research.
- What Ezzy learns about you — skills, achievements, and goals it infers from the above, each one tagged as a fact, an inference, or a hypothesis. You can see all of this and remove any of it from the "What Ezzy knows about you" panel in the app at any time.
- Payment info — if you purchase a plan, Stripe handles your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To generate feedback, run your practice sessions, and personalize later sessions using what's already been learned about you. To process payments for paid plans. To keep the product working and fix things when they break.
We do not use your resume, career information, or conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Ezzy is built on a small number of service providers, each handling one part of the product:
- Anthropic — processes your messages to generate Ezzy's responses.
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in. Your data is restricted so only your own account can read it.
- Stripe — processes payments for paid plans.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
None of these providers can use your information for their own purposes beyond providing their service to us.
Your choices
You can view and delete anything Ezzy has learned about you from the "What Ezzy knows about you" panel, any time, without contacting anyone.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, so Ezzy can keep working the way it's supposed to — remembering your sessions rather than starting over each time. If you delete your account, we delete the data tied to it.
Security
Your data is only accessible to your own account — other users, including other Ezzy accounts, cannot see it. We rely on our providers' standard security practices for hosting, authentication, and payments rather than running our own servers.
Children's privacy
Ezzy isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
Changes to this policy
If this changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
